После Евангелия по 50-м псалме – «Слава», глас 2-й: «Днесь Храм Одушевленный…», «И ныне» – то же. «Честнейшую» не поем, но поем припевы праздника. 1-й припев: «Ангели, вхождение Пречистыя зряще, удивишася, како Дева вниде во Святая святых».
На литургии вместо «Достойно» – «Ангели, вхождение… Яко одушевленному Божию кивоту…» (до отдания).
С этого дня по отдание Рождества Христова, на утрене, когда поется великое славословие, катавасия «Христос раждается…» (кроме 5 декабря).

Fish is permitted at the meal.
At Matins: «We magnify Thee, Most Holy Virgin, God-chosen Maiden, and we honor Thy entry into the temple of the Lord.» After the Gospel, after Psalm 50, «Glory,» Tone 2: «Today is the Living Temple…» and «And now»—the same. We do not sing «More Honorable,» but we sing the refrains of the feast. First refrain: «The angels, seeing the entry of the Most Pure One, marveled at how the Virgin entered the Holy of Holies.»
At the Liturgy, instead of «It is truly meet,» we sing «Angels, enter… as into the living ark of God…» (until the leave-taking).
From this day until the leave-taking of the Nativity of Christ, at Matins, when the Great Doxology is sung, we sing the katavasia «Christ is born…» (except December 5).
