Священномученик Пимен (Белоликов).
В одной из проповедей священномученик Пимен (Белоликов) говорил о значении царской власти и императора Николая Александровича. Он утверждал, что царь — первый сын Православной Церкви, Помазанник Божий, который не столько господин и повелитель, сколько отец своих поданных.
Пимен также отмечал, что ни одно народное бедствие, ни одна народная радость не обходится без участия царя и его семейства, и что Россия сильна и грозна своим врагам благодаря этому союзу.
Кроме того, в августе 1918 года, когда стало известно о расстреле Государя, Пимен открыто, с амвона Архиерейской церкви осудил это злодеяние.
Епископ Пимен (Белоликов) осудил расстрел царской семьи. В своих проповедях он призывал людей молиться «об избавлении от супостата», разоблачал демагогию и казуистику большевистских воззваний, призывал противостоять безбожной власти.
Епископ Семиреченский и Верненский Пимен (Белоликов) был канонизирован РПЦЗ в 1981 году.
При этом канонизация не была поименной, а список новомучеников был издан только в конце 1990-х годов.
В 2000 году Пимен был причислен к лику святых Русской православной церковью для общецерковного почитания.
Hieromartyr Pimen (Belolikov).
In one of his sermons, Hieromartyr Pimen (Belolikov) spoke about the significance of the royal power and Emperor Nicholas Alexandrovich. He claimed that the Tsar is the first son of the Orthodox Church, the Anointed of God, who is not so much the lord and master as the father of his subjects.
Pimen also noted that no national disaster, no national joy can take place without the participation of the Tsar and his family, and that Russia is strong and formidable to its enemies thanks to this union.
In addition, in August 1918, when it became known about the execution of the Tsar, Pimen openly condemned this atrocity from the pulpit of the Bishops’ Church.
Bishop Pimen (Belolikov) condemned the execution of the royal family. In his sermons, he called on people to pray “for deliverance from the enemy,” exposed the demagogy and casuistry of Bolshevik appeals, and called for resistance to the godless government.
Bishop Pimen (Belolikov) of Semirechensk and Vernoye was canonized by the ROCOR in 1981.
However, the canonization was not by name, and the list of new martyrs was published only in the late 1990s.
In 2000, Pimen was canonized by the Russian Orthodox Church for church-wide veneration.
